Welcome to Invoice Maker. By accessing or using our application, website, and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing the application, or utilizing any features provided by Invoice Maker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your business and identity.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the service for any illegal purpose, including fraud or money laundering.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running our Services.
• Generating invoices or estimates containing malicious content, hate speech, or explicit material.
• Using automated systems (bots, spiders) to access the service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Invoice Maker offers premium features via subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for partially used billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including algorithms, UI/UX design, text, graphics, logos) are the exclusive property of Invoice Maker and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain all ownership rights to the business data (clients, invoices, items) you input into the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Invoice Maker is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Invoice Maker, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
